Is it free after when, 4 pm--5 pm ? I'm talking downtown on the main streets-Bay, College, around there. After 6pm parking spaces should be easier to find, how late can you park on the street-or how long ?

What happens if your car gets booted ? How easy is it to get your car booted--you know, that thing the police clamp on your wheel so you can't drive the car..

 any suggestions.?
